SKYDIVE EMPURIABRAVA BEACH FESTIVAL
Is about to begin one of the 2014 events at Skydive Empuriabrava, which takes place at Empuriabrava beach during the “Skydive Empuriabrava Beach Festival, from the 21st until the 27th of July. "King of Swoop" is the most visual, fast and exciting skydiving event in the world of parachute sport. Is considered in the international world of Skydiving as one of the most memorable and spectacular events ever, for both, spectators and competitors. From the 21st until the 27th of July at Empuriabrava beach (Girona) FUN FOR EVERYONE This year, the beach of Empuriabrava will be the stage for the Skydive Empuriabrava organization to present this competition to a wide public that comes to visit and to live this event. The last edition accumulated more than 5000 spectators on 3 competition days. This year’s one week event will bring many more to the beautiful competition site. THE WORLD’S MOST DIFFICULT PARACHUTE LANDING COMPETITION The “King of Swoop” is over a total of 12 rounds: 9 rounds with all competitors followed by 3 final rounds with the top 20 competitors. The competition consists out of 3 disciplines: Accuracy Speed Distance THE WORLD BEST COMPETITORS AT EMPURIABRAVA Around 60 international competitors that will be travelling to Empuriabrava from all over the world will compete for the largest prize money that has ever been given to the world top 10 “swoopers"
